Coaching Focus Walk
Gain clarity. Find your direction.
The Coaching Focus Walk is an intensive coaching program designed to help participants assess their current situation and set their direction; it takes place in the Palatinate (approx. 1.5 days).
In an environment that is becoming increasingly complex and dynamic, the walk helps us regain a clearer perspective:
- What really matters?
- What gives you strength?
- What drains your energy?
- Which direction feels right for you?
The Coaching Focus Walk combines reflection, nature, exercise, and brainstorming.

Develop clarity.

My Approach
The hike takes place in the Palatinate and lasts about 1.5 days.
The focus is on three levels
- Work – Leadership and Organization
- Social Environment – Relationships and Support
- You Yourself—Values, Energy, and Identity
The key questions here are
- What has shaped me?
- Which patterns empower me or hold me back?
- What is my unique contribution?
- What values guide my actions?
- What is my vision for the future?
- What specific next steps does this entail?
What specific next steps does this lead to? Through reflection in motion and the sparring that builds on it, you’ll develop a personal leadership compass and gain new clarity about direction, strength, and implementation.
